The Super Mario Bros. Movie & Dungeons & Dragons

Shankweiler's first opened on April 15, 1934, making it the second drive-in theater ever built and the oldest operating drive-in theater in the world. Even though 89 isn't traditionally a milestone, when you're the oldest, every year is a milestone! So we're throwing a birthday party on Saturday for the theater! It will also mark the end of our winter drive-in season and the beginning of our spring season.

We hope you'll join us on April 15th to celebrate history, cinema, and family fun under the stars! We'll have free birthday cake for our early guests, while supplies last. We'll also have magic by Mr. Mysterrio, face-painting, a caricature artist, and more!

Gates open at 6:00pm all four nights.
