Description
Come join us for literally the best strength training class in the park! Designed to increase strength, this class will include 30 minutes of upper and lower body exercises followed by 15 minutes of core. This class will utilize various types of equipment including bands, body bars, and kettlebells.
Modifications can be provided for exercises. Class is open to all fitness levels.
