Join us for a fun and friendly yoga class, tailored especially for
moms and young children! The class is appropriate for mothers and
children from newborn to 15 months. Mother and child will work
together to practice traditional yoga poses (adapted to be
accomplished with babies). For new and nursing mothers, this is a
wonderful way to ease yourself back into a regular yoga practice, or
to try one for the first time, without leaving your little one at
home.
