do we have to care for our new baby's health and comfort, we also have
to care for our own. Giving birth places big demands on a mom's body.
We all wish that we could leave the hospital with our pre-pregnancy
figure and feeling of well-being. But our bodies need time to heal, to
return to their pre-pregnancy state, and, in general, lots of TLC!
This lesson will discuss some of our helath and self-care needs during
this challenging time.In this free class you will learn about common
physical and emotional changes for moms after their baby's birth and
learn self-care for a postpartum body.
