SAINT JOSEPHS FAMILY HOPE CENTER: PROVIDING SHELTER, GUIDING FAMILIES, BRINGING HOPE

St. Joseph's Family Hope Center serves Delaware County families who are experiencing homelessness by providing shelter, case management and stabilization programs. SJFHC is a full service static shelter that can house up to 18 residents at one time. All our families have children under 18 years old. Our residents are welcomed, directed and counseled through our in-house case managers and outside services. SJFHC is a temporary shelter that gives our residents a chance to assess their situation and move forward into their own home. Families come to us in crisis; we help them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support.
