With Siubhan every Sunday at 5:00pmYin Yoga is a still and passive
practice. Focusing on longer holds, Yin Yoga encourages the connective
tissue to release, enhancing the natural range of mobility in the
joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility
across the entire body. Pose sequences are designed to open the
body’s meridian system and allow for a continuous flow of Qi.
This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to
attend.
