Description Native French Chef Patrick Gauthron takes participants on
a gastronomical journey through French desserts just in time for the
holidays. Participants learn tempering techniques and casting as they
form thin chocolate bonbon shells, filled with mouth-watering
confections and create beautifully elegant chocolate masks just in
