Here's your Cinco de Mayo party!Executive Chef David Imhof and
Mixologist Emily Smalara will be teaching us classic Mexican recipes
with some twists. Guests will have the chance to learn cocktail
creation techniques along with cooking demos that they will help take
part in!

Here's our menu:
* Mexican Street Corn Salad Cups and Mojitos - A healthy twist on the
classic Mexican Street Corn dish paired with the Mint Mojito.
* Fish Tacos and Margaritas - Enjoy crispy beer battered fish tacos
while learning how to make sours mix for the perfect margarita.
* Dessert Nachos and Spicy and Mexican Chocolate Martinis - Crisp
fried tortillas sweetened with cinnamon and sugar, topped with fresh
fruit, ice cream and dessert sauces. Paired with homemade spicy
Mexican chocolate.
If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to
another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12
people will be cancelled.
