In this class, you will learn how to prepare and cook authentic recipes from Hungary. Cooking is completlely hands-on and from the novice to the expert, you will enjoy a delicious night of Hungarian food! Here's what we're cooking: * Hungarian cream of mushroom soup with bacon, sherry, sour cream, and dill * Langos, fried bread * Chicken paprikash with homemade dumplings * Cucumber salad with sour cream and dill * Warm apple cake, drenched in cream * BYOB This is an interactive cooking class. Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes. *If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund.
