Lady Gen X

Calling all ladies born between 1965-1980! Now that we all have officially reached middle age and are both older and wiser, isn't it time we take inventory of who we are as professionals and where we are going for the 2nd half of our careers? Join Brio Career Founder, Megan Haupt (71') and this small gathering (limited to 10 participants) of Gen X professionals as we explore issues related to our work and self-worth. While the marketplace may define Gen X as "statistically insignificant", we still have the opportunity to define what a vibrant career looks like for us even with our specific generational needs (sandwich generation problems?!). In this workshop you will leave with an understanding of your unique strengths and skills, how to best share your professional story, clarity around your professional direction, and ways to shine in your "Natural State". Joining us for the final session will be Brianna Redner, co-founder and co-owner of Natural State Salon. Through her styling work, Brianna has helped many Gen X women find their best selves as they move into the second half of their lives.
