Greenville Overeaters Anonymous presents a weekend with a faithful Big Book student and historian from Scottsdale Arizona. The speaker will tell his story of personal transformation, detailing how working the twelve steps through Overeaters Anonymous freed him from food obsession more than twenty years ago.
No matter your issue with food...compulsive overeating, undereating, bulimia, anorexia, food obsession...there is a solution. The speaker will share the story of his personal journey on Friday night. All day Saturday and Sunday morning, he will walk us through the twelve steps and detail exactly how we can use them to find release from our food problem.
Throughout the weekend, recovered members of Overeaters Anonymous will be available to answer questions.
This is an amazing opportunity for information, inspiration, and fellowship. Please join us!

Great care has been taken to provide clean eating options. Furman catering has been asked to create a menu that includes no sugar (natural or artificial) or sweetners of any kind. A detailed list of ingredients will be posted for each dish on the buffet. We are currently working to get that information for anyone who would like to have it ahead of time. For questions about food that are not answered below, please email greenvilleoasaturday@gmail.com.
Furman does not allow outside food to be brought into the Hartness Pavillion. If you prefer to bring your own meals, there will be multiple areas available in which to eat both inside and outside if the weather is nice.
