2020 "LIGHTNING STRIKES TWICE" North American Tour Announcement DECARLO headlines the 2nd Annual Hilton Head Island Music Festival. The Hilton Head Island Music Festival will take place on the grounds at Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn (Hilton Head Island, South Carolina) on April 10 & 11, 2020. Friday night is the Original Music Showcase - highlighting up-and-coming singers/songwriters/bands. Saturday, April 11 is Rock, Reggae, & Blues with performances by (opening Artists tba) featuring headliner DECARLO….with Tommy DeCarlo, vocalist for the band Boston…since 2007.
