Our Own Traditional Low Country Boil on Barrier Island Beach

An evening of magic, food, wine, friendship on an uninhabited ISLAND NEAR CHARLESTON. Doesn't get much better than this. Oh yeah--bonfire and s'mores. And oh yeah...another thing--porpoise watching on the boat ride to and from the ISLAND. And most importantly, YOU! You will make it even better. We’ll take a chartered boat from ISLE OF PALMS to the uninhabited BARRIER ISLAND, Capers ISLAND, where we’ll explore the BEACH, known for its collection of driftwood. Afterward, we'll be eating a TRADITIONAL LOW-COUNTRY BOIL (local shrimp paired with house smoked sausage, sweet corn and small potatoes simmered in a flavorful season mix) made just for us on the BEACH. We'll end the meal by making s'mores over a bonfire. At the last light of day, we'll enjoy a relaxing boat ride back to ISLE OF PALMS.
