Sonic Soundbath

This meditation is designed with the collective intention of raising our frequency through SONIC SOUND TO CREATE A MORE HARMONIOUS/balanced mental, physical, and spiritual state of being. Making the unconscious, conscious.The SONIC SOUND BATH will consist of frequency minded music for the 1st portion of guided meditation as well as live resonant instruments such as the sacred gong, crystal singing bowls, bells, and various instruments for the 2nd portion of your immersion. The sonic sound vibrations will seek to penetrate your entire physical and etheric body. Each sound bath is different, as we set intentions and frequencies in accordance to what is playing out energetically in the NOW. Sound baths are good for reducing anxiety and stress producing a sense of calm and relaxation. Perfect to counter the hustle and pressures of modern day or what I like to call matrix life. Our mission is to keep you ascending in your highest vibration. This experience will allow you to journey as far and as wide as you wish, by opening you up to the golden theta state.
