Session Dates: - 8 weeks: June 2nd through August 2nd. SKIP DATES:
June 30 through July 5, We would need at least 48 hour notice if you
have to cancel. Refunds will not be issued after classes have begun.
4-Player minimum per class, space is limited. Contact Jeff – (x
2116) at 615-370-3471 or Contact Ann Marie – (x 2113), with
questions. In the event that WCPR must cancel a clinic, you will be
notified by the department and will be given the option of
transferring your payment to another available class, receiving a
credit to your account or to receive a full refund issued by check.
Should you need to cancel your participation in a clinic, you must
notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the
program in order to receive a credit or refund. If sufficient notice
is given, you may receive a credit to your account or a refund by
check for the full amount of the activity. Credits are immediately
effective once in your account. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive
refunds processed by check. Special Note: Refund restrictions may
