Description Have fun while staying healthy! We work on improving
strength, balance and overall health. We will begin with stretches,
followed by a variety of exercises using resistance bands, hand
weights and stability balls. We complete the workout with a 20 minute
walk. Participants must be independent and can follow directions
within a small group.
