Indulge in a soothing and transformative wellness experience that blends the mindful movement of Spine-focused Gentle Flow, the vibrational therapy of a Sound Bath, and the calming practice of Meditation. This session is designed to release tension, support spinal health, and invite deep relaxation, inner peace, and a renewed sense of balance.During this journey, the sound bath meditation will envelope you in the harmonious tones of crystal bowls, chimes, frame drum, and other instruments, creating a cocoon of healing vibrations.In these 90 minutes, you will experience the following:• 45 minutes of meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga focusing on the spine• 45 minutes of deep rest and sound bathNo prior yoga or meditation experience is needed, just bring yourself and an open mind, as each experience is uniquely personal.What to bring:• Yoga mat• Optional: blanket, pillow, and extra layers for comfort (We have limited props, first come, first served)If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or metal in your body, please consult your physician before attending.
