Buffalo Trace Barrel Release Dinner

Maple Hall will be hosting their first-ever ticketed DINNER WITH BUFFALO TRACE DISTILLERY. We will be serving speciality cocktails created from two barrels of Buffalo Trace bourbon that were hand-selected specifically for our venue. To accompany these libations, our chef has developed the perfect menu to pair. The courses are as follows: 1~ Tomato and garden vegetable gazpacho with tomato hearts 2 ~ Fried oyster mushrooms with pickled onions and shaved parmesan 3 ~ Thick-cut pork chop topped with chimichurri and broccolini with lemon butter 4 ~ Sweet potato pie with bourbon-infused whipped cream and lavender petals One ticket will reserve your seat and include the four-course dinner, a welcome cocktail, two speciality cocktails, and a neat pour of bourbon from each barrel (two).
