Description Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check
Registration Dates in details. Have fun while staying healthy! We work
on improving strength, balance and overall health. We will begin with
stretches, followed by a variety of exercises using resistance bands,
hand weights and stability balls. We complete the workout with a 20
minute walk. Participants must be independent and can follow
directions within a small group. Location Group Fitness Room
