Join movement teacher Sarah Phillips in an interactive, informative
workshop designed to help you connect with your core and pelvic floor.
Many women struggle with pelvic floor dysfunction and weak core
support from lifestyle, pregnancy, and postpartum. This contributes to
incontinence, prolapse, SI joint issues, low back pain, and more. In
this workshop you will learn how to use breath work and mindful
movement to bring awareness and healing to your body.
Cost is $25/person, and class size is limited, so early registration
is encouraged! Please bring a yoga mat and block if you have them,
otherwise there will be extra available for use. Wear comfortable
clothing so that you can move freely.
