ABOUT THE CLASS
This mat-based STOTT PILATES SERIES USES SMALL AND LARGE EQUIPMENT TO
ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE OF OUR STUDENTS. Special attention is paid to
the needs of individuals within the group setting. We mainly practice
in socks or with bare feet. Please bring tennis shoes to fully
participate in the class component that infuses cardio and
balance.CLASSES ARE EACH WEDNESDAY, JAN. 8 - MAR. 4, 9:00 TO 10:00

PRICING
This class is less expensive when purchased as a series, but you may
purchase a drop-in ticket for $15.
Those wishing to join the class series after it has begun may contact
US at CMS@churchhealth.org to receive a prorated discount code.

PARKING AND LOCATION
Church Health is located at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave.
All parking is free. Access Church Health’s Creative Movement Studio
on the east side of the Central Atrium.
GOOD-TO-KNOW
Note for YMCA members: please bring appropriate ID with you to class.
Drop-in tickets are good for one class throughout the series. The
date on your ticket may not correspond with the date that you actually
attend(ed) class.
