Baba Rah will be in the shoppe on Sunday, March 1 to teach US about
manifesting through the practice of HOODOO. HOODOO CAN BE DEFINED AS A
MIXTURE OF VARIOUS AFRICAN RELIGIOUS PRACTICES CREATED BY ENSLAVED
AFRICANS IN THE NEW WORLD, or as a traditional Southern magickal
practice that is a combination of various cultural practices. Baba Rah
will lead US in learning spells or workings for different intentions
during this 2 hour WORKSHOP. This WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ANYONE
INTERESTED IN EXPLORING TRADITIONAL FOLK MAGIC, regardless of your
personal background.
There is a $15 energy exchange for this event. This WORKSHOP TAKES
PLACE IN THE DOWNSTAIRS EVENT SPACE OF THE BROOM CLOSET. This event is
for adults only, no late entry.
El RA'el (L-Rah-eel) commonly known as Rah, is a Chicago native, now
living in Atlanta, spiritualist, and is the Founder of The El Ra
Collective, an enterprise that focuses solely on serving the holistic
needs of ALL people. Baba Rah is currently studying to obtain his
license as a Life coach and Nutritionist. Baba Rah is an active Awo in
the IFA spiritual System and training in Haitian Vodou. With help from
the spirit, study, and experience Rah has been taught to apply and
teach Universal Law and a combination of spiritual and holistic
practices such as African Spirituality, Metaphysical Science, and
physiological research.
