ABOUT THE SERIES
In Church Health’s Intermediate Culinary Medicine Cooking classes, you’ll learn how to make meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious! Our curriculum is based on the nine principles of the Mediterranean Diet.
All participants must have completed our Beginner Community Cooking Class series.
