TShawStrong 5k to Beat ALS

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!TShawStrong was founded by Tim Shaw a six-year NFL veteran who spent three full seasons as a linebacker and special teams ace with the Tennessee Titans. Tim was diagnosed with ALS in 2014.  Both TShawStrong and the 5k to Beat ALS share the same mission: to raise awareness for ALS and generate funds to help find a cure, all while keeping administrative costs to a minimum. Together we will raise essential funds and awareness for a cause that profoundly impacts those diagnosed and their families. This event provides a platform to share heartfelt stories of loved ones living with ALS, offer support to caregivers and families, and highlight the incredible individuals who tirelessly work towards a cure.
