Track & Field Camp - Maryville, TN 2025

Description The purpose of this camp is to provide instruction related to competing in track and field. The camp will focus on introducing drills and techniques that will help develop speed, proper running form, success in field events (shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, and triple jump), and other important necessities for competing in track and field, and will include instruction for both sprinters and distance competitors. Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and tennis or track shoes and bring a water bottle or something else to drink each day.
