Kitten Yoga - Cookeville, TN 2025

Description Description of Program: During this yoga class you are sure to feel love! The class will move through a 45-minute beginner-friendly yoga flow while adoptable kittens from A.A.R.F. wander the class and play. After class, you'll be able to spend a few minutes playing with the kitties. Mats will be available, and participants are encouraged to bring a donation for the organization. Brief Instructor Bio: Wanda Lemons has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She has been practicing yoga for most of her adult life and has a passion for teaching and sharing with others. A.A.R.F. (All About Recue and Fixin’ Inc.) is a small group of volunteers with a passion for animals. We are a foster-based animal rescue organization based in the beautiful Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. We pull animals from high-risk situations, such as local shelters and local strays from counties who do not have an animal shelter.
