OBJECT MEDITATION – MEDITATING ON THE ELEMENTS
THE ELEMENTS – FIRE, AIR, EARTH, ETHER, WATER – ARE SAID TO FORM
EVERYTHING. EACH ELEMENT HAS A SET OF CHARACTERISTICS WHICH WE WILL
CONNECT WITH DURING OUR MEDITATION.

AFFIRMATION FOR EACH ELEMENT TO USE AS A MANTRA WHILE FOCUSING ON THE
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENTS WE WANT TO EMBODY.

The Meditation and Me format is simple – after a brief explanation
of the evening's meditation practice, we settle in and get
comfortable. The facilitator provides direction and instruction to
ensure that the participant feels comfortable with the practice and
understands what needs to be done. Some meditations are guided from
start to end, others may allow for a time of silence and inner
introspection.
