NPSIRE - A NEW INSPECTION PROTOCOL AND PROCESS FOR HUD PROPERTIES NOW, HUD HAS INDICATED A NEW SERIES OF CHANGES TO THE INSPECTION PROCESS, CREATING A NEW INSPECTION PROTOCOL - NSPIRE - WHICH PROMISES TO REINVENT THE INSPECTION PROCESS.
