SESSION DESCRIPTION - As a new or first time mother you are the most
important person to your baby. Before during and after pregnancy
your health and self care plan are important to me. This is a critical
time to invest in self care during this amazing season of life. As
your baby bump grows I am excited to help you remain healthy happy and
healed. Join me for PRIVATE PRENATAL AND POSTPARTUM COMBO FITNESS
TRAINING THAT FOCUSES ON PREVENTING COMMON CONCERNS SUCH AS, swelling,
aching backs and hips and combating fatigue and helping prepare for a
holistic bounce back. You get personalized 1:1 coaching that includes
nutrition coaching along with mind-body-spirit balance support. When
you put Food and Fitness First, the rest will take care of itself.
EQUIPMENT : Water bottle, comfy clothes, yoga mat, towel.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have a consent form from care provider
releasing you to participate in fitness SESSIONS.
**************SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:****************
Once you have paid for your training session , You will be contacted
by me regarding your complimentary phone consultation. The
consultation via phone will take approximately 30 minutes. You will
then be directed to complete an online intake form via google docs
where you will complete additional forms regarding your services you
will be receiving. This information helps me prepare the best approach
and plan for your prenatal care sessions. We will then validate the
time and day(s) you wish to hold your sessions and begin as scheduled.
Each 4week session will focus on a specific area or topic for
enhancing and balancing your mind body spirit connection. Therefore it
is highly suggested an reccomended that you continue your sessions for
the added benefits of customized fitness and nutrition for a pregnancy
