Curt Germany, Managing Director, HSSK Dallas office
Curt Germany, Jr. leads HSSK’s Dallas office and serves as managing
director in the corporate valuation practice. He also heads the
firm’s healthcare valuation practice and oversees the firm’s
overall marketing and practice development. In his role, he focuses
on business development and project management, strategic marketing
initiatives, and recruiting.
A Certified Valuation Analyst, Curt’s career includes more than two
decades of experience in valuation, mergers and acquisitions,
corporate finance advisory, and as a principal private equity investor
with a particular emphasis on middle market companies.
WILL BURNETT, MANAGING DIRECTOR, OWNER RESOURCE GROUP
Will is a Managing Director of Owner Resource Group. He heads the ORG
Industry Group and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Will
is also responsible for firm management including strategic direction,
operations, and human resources.
Prior to co-founding ORG, Will was a management consultant with ZS
Associates in New York and ICG Commerce in Dallas. Will began his
career at Andersen Consulting in their Client Financial Management
practice.
Will received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an
M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of
Virginia.
DAN GRAHAM, OWNER, NOTLEY VENTURES

2005 and transitioned from Chief Executive Officer to Executive
Chairman in early 2017. Dan also co-founded Notley in 2015 with his
wife, Lisa. He is a recipient of various awards including Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 Central Texas Award, AUSTIN
BUSINESS JOURNAL'S 2012 BEST CEO AWARD, and AUSTIN UNDER 40 AUSTINITE
OF THE YEAR. Dan was also named a winner in the Business and
Entrepreneurship category in 2012.
Dan earned undergraduate degrees in computer science and philosophy
from The University of Texas at Austin (2003), and a J.D. from The
University of Texas at Austin School of Law (2005). In 2018, Dan sold
Build A Sign LLC to publicly traded Vistaprint (Cimpress) in their
largest ever acquisition.
LYNN ATCHISON, CFO, SPREDFAST
Most recently Lynn was the CFO at Spredfast, Inc. from February 2017
until October 1, 2018 when the company executed a successful exit -
being sold to Vista Equity and merged into Lithium. During this time
Spredfast executed a strategy to improve operational efficiency while
also continuing to grow in the ever-changing social management
software market.
Lynn also served as the CFO of HomeAway, Inc. (AWAY) from August 2006
until March of 2016. During her tenure the business grew from
about $10 million in revenue to over $500 million. She was responsible
for managing all financial aspects of the company. She has over 30
years of finance and operations experience, including expertise in
financial management and reporting, securities filings, facilities
management and legal and human resources. She was instrumental in the
sale of the company to Expedia in 2016.

Presidents of Finance, Directors of Finance and Controllers (or the
like) are welcome to attend this program for $60.
