and schedule CRT FAQ Austin Weather Forecast 1) Is tipping
allowed? Yes. While tipping is in no way required - your smiles are
their own reward - your guides certainly welcome it if you wish to
show your appreciation through a tip. 2) Will you cancel in the case
of bad weather? The weather would have to be really, really bad for
us to cancel a tour. We run in all weather, and we love it. We might
cancel if the ground were going to be so icy as to be dangerous. In
that event, we notify runners ahead of time and reschedule them for a
future date. 3) Is there a place to leave my things? No, our
tours do not have coat checks. Your guides can carry small items for
you if need be. 4) What happens if I am late? If you are the only
person booked for the tour, your guide will wait 10 minutes past the
scheduled start time if they've not heard from you. They will make
reasonable accommodations if you call to tell them you're on your way.
If others are also booked for the tour, we will start at the scheduled
time if we have not heard from you. If you call your guide, they will
delay the start no longer than 10 minutes, out of courtesy to the
other participants. We strive to make sure that everyone has the best
possible experience with us.
