Improv with Move Your Tale & Excused Absence Comedy at Lee Elementary
Tuesdays, 3:15 to 4:15, September 17 – December 10 Older
Elementary. Hello Fourth through Sixth graders! Improv can be
hilarious, but there's a lot more to it than just laughs. Listening,
supporting other's ideas, approaching situations with a flexible
mindset and learning we can discover things together we'd never find
alone are the skills we develop in order to create characters and
situations on the spot. While we spend time developing our performance
skills, the real focus is on learning to be in the moment and to find
wht is awesome about what's already there. Taught by Kristin Henn,
Director of Excused Absence Comedy and Move Your Tale at ColdTowne
Theater, this class is available only to 4th through 6th graders at
Lee Elementary. It meets on campus, Tuesdays, immediately after
school. Class is invited to perform together at Excused Absence Night,
date TBD and has the option to perform at school, should the
opportunity arise. Meets at ColdTowne Theater.$250.
