Medicaid, pay for performance and federal expectations for investment

Kristen Sherwin is a Shareholder in Winstead's Construction Practice
Group. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of
complex construction disputes and provides advice and counsel to
owner, developer and contractor clients on construction contracts,
contract administration, lien and bond claims and project close-out.
Kristen is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of
Legal Specialization.
_A hospital and its staff are used to dealing with emergency
situations, but what does a hospital do when it is the scene of an
emergency? Based on real word experience providing guidance to a
major hospital after an emergency incident, Kristen Sherwin will
discuss the steps hospital administrators should follow if such an
incident occurs. _
