Lisa embarked on her wellness journey several years ago after
suffering from typical middle age ailments. Shingles was her last
straw and she started to dig a little deeper for better self care

products. She is forever grateful for having them in her tool box of
wellness for herself and her family of 4 teens, 1 furbaby & her high
school sweetheart of 30 years. Although Lisa has always been a bit of
