Once a month, we will meet for (or mall walk) a guided meditative hike and follow self-care cues as we make our way through the beautiful surroundings of nature.
*On days when weather does not permit outdoor fitness, we will take it inside (*meeting at Barton Creek Mall - at the movie entrance to walk).
Committing to your RSVP is where the healing starts!
We can journal our progress via the pictures we take and reflect on them to maintain what we have learned about ourselves. **Afterwards, when time permits, count on impromptu catch up chats, etc., where we can discuss anything from our self-care improvement progress and more.
Always remember to bring drinking water, a change of clothes, etc., and/or healthy snacks for the hike or walk.
