Kick off summer camp in style with the Second Annual Summer Camp Open House! This come-and-go event is the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer and learn the ins-and-outs of Zoo Camp at San Antonio Zoo. • Meet the People - Get to know the Zoo's Camp Staff and Counselors who will be guiding your campers on their summer adventures. Don't miss the Parent Information sessions at 5:30pm and 6:30pm where our team will be answering all of your camp related questions. • Meet the Animals - There are over 3000 animals that call San Antonio Zoo home, and you'll get to know them over the summer. Take part in special meet-and-greet opportunities to get up close with some of our Ambassador Animals. • Meet the Campers - Make a new friend for the summer...or for life! Our Zoo Camp team will be leading games and activities designed to help your camper make connections and get ready for summer fun! You can also explore the Zoo Camp Swag Shop to purchase extra camp shirts and other must-have items for the summer. Whether you're a returning camper or joining us for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to learn all about the fun-filled summer awaiting you. Please note: Every attendee for Zoo Camp Open House must have a ticket. Campers must be accompanied by an adult.
