Walk/Run for Kids

Proceeds from this event benefit seriously ill children and their families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of El Paso while their child receives medical care at an area hospital in El Paso or Las Cruces. Our champion programs improve the health, education, and well-being of children and their families.

During the online registration process, you can register as an individual, start your own team and even join an existing team. Add Team Members at any time!  Day of Event Registration will be at 6:30 am at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino.

Last year, the team from Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare "We Show Up!" won the TROPHY for the Largest Team Challenge.  They recruited 96 members!!  Will they'll have to pass the trophy down to a new team winner for 2025?  Will it be you and your team?

AGE GROUP FOR MEDALS:

-Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place MALE AND FEMALE finishers in the following age groups:

12 and Under

13-17

18-24

25-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

60-69

70+

*Winners will be announced after the start of the 1 Mile Fun Walk.
