Brownsville Police Department 5th Annual Run with the Police

Our 5th Annual Run with the Police 1mile/ 5K, is a fundraiser for Down by the Border and Alhambra.  It is also a fun event to promote health and wellness for our community.  Participants will run alongside Officers and some of them in SWAT Gear.  So come out and be part of this great event. Event details and scheduleThe 5K is starting at 7:30 AM The 1 mile run will be right after the 5K early registrations ends 9/12/2019 late registration ends 30 minutes before race 1 mile :  1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies by age catagory and gender: 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14.  Every 1 mile participant will get a medal. 5K:  1st 2nd 3rd place trophies by age catagory and gender 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 60 and over.  Team awards 1st, 2nd, 3rd for schools with most students that finish race.  Packet Pick-Up Thursday-Friday 9-26- 2019and 9-27-2019 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Free shirts for the first 800 that register.
