Dallas ISD Public School Choice & Special Programs Job Fair

As the district seeks to ensure that all students graduate from high SCHOOL READY FOR COLLEGE AND CAREER, PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE WILL BE A MECHANISM FOR GROWING THE RANGE OF OPTIONS SO THAT ALL DALLAS ISD STUDENTS CAN ATTEND A “BEST-FIT SCHOOL.” A “best-fit SCHOOL” is a SCHOOL WHERE EDUCATORS CAN MORE MEANINGFULLY AND MORE DEEPLY ENGAGE STUDENTS INTELLECTUALLY BY TAPPING INTO THEIR SPECIFIC INTERESTS, ASPIRATIONS, AND PREFERRED LEARNING STYLES. This will  be a smaller, more targeted hiring event geared towards any campus that falls under the Public School Choice umbrella (Transformation and Innovation, Personalized Learning, Magnet, Montessori, Vanguard, Collegiate Academy, Choice Programs, Two-Way Dual Language etc.) FAQS DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? You can print your ticket or pull it up on your smartphone. We will need to scan the QR code in order to enter.  DO I HAVE TO BRING MY CERTIFICATION OR STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY? Yes. You must bring a copy of your Texas Certification, or Statement of Eligibility, if highly qualified or your Out-of-State certificate.  WHEN AND WHERE DO I CHECK IN?  Check-in will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Entry will be at the right side of the main entrance of the building. WHERE CAN I PARK? _There will be plenty of parking spaces at the location._ _**LASTLY, WE REGRET THAT CHILDCARE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONSITE.** _
