Description This class focuses on a higher intensity for those ready
to take their strength to the next level by using heavier resistance
training with hand weights, tubing, and body weight exercises. We will
also work on balance, range of motion, and spine mobility, all
essentials to living an active, healthy lifestyle. Wendy will always
teach age appropriate exercises with good form that will allow you to
increase your strength in a safe manner. Students must be able to get
down on the floor and back up without assistance. Please bring your
own exercise mat and a water bottle to class.
