C-725B ADVANCED SPINAL MANIPULATION PART BThis course emphasizes the
integration of high-velocity low-amplitude (thrust) techniques into
total patient care with emphasis on the spine, pelvic girdle and ribs.
It advances clinical skills with a focus on advanced, applied
biomechanics, clinical analysis, safety checks, efficient assessment,
locking and focusing techniques. There is a bias to the utilization
of mobilization/manipulation interventions in complex situations.
Applicable research and best evidence will be discussed. Directed home
study, pre-and post-course assignments and tests are included.
