COURSE SUMMARY
All CERAMIC RESTORATIONS HAS BEEN CHANGED DRASTICALLY IN THE LAST 20
YEARS. New technologies have been evolved to improve the optical and
mechanical properties of all CERAMIC RESTORATIONS. The introduction of
CAD/CAM technology facilitated the
fabrication of new ceramic systems.
The fast growing market for dental ceramic has attracted many dental
manufacturers with introducing many new materials as a result. The
fast pace of new products can be overwhelming and confusing to
consumers.
The goal of this presentation is to review and classify all available
new CERAMIC SYSTEMS. To discuss the differences and indications and to
review their clinical outcome and survival. Tooth preparation for
different ceramics will be discussed in details and cementation
technique will be reviewed.
