 Bourbon & Banter, the eclectic speakeasy beneath The Statler, is a haven for whiskey enthusiasts, renowned for its impressive selection of craft whiskeys. Guests can savor a thoughtfully curated whiskey flight featuring three premium WhistlePig offerings: six-year, 10-Year and 12-Year varieties of PiggyBack Rye —all available in a trio of one-ounce pours for just $20. In addition, Bourbon & Banter will serve its signature twist on the classic Old Fashioned made with Redemption Bourbon for $10, along with a vibrant Paper Plane cocktail for $12.
