• 5k is out and back on flat path in the park

• 10k is the 5k course repeated twice

• 15k is the 5k course repeated three times

-Half Marathon will be 3 extended loops of 4.36 miles

• 3.5 hour time limit, for an early start please email info@thefreedomrunners.com

• medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low

• results posted on the website evening of the race

• small, fun, friendly run or walk open for all

Location - start and finish on the path near Southside Park

Parking - free street parking on Donnybrook Ave and surrounding area, please do not park on grass, or in fields, please follow parking signs in the no parking side of the street

3 x 4.36 miles out and back with the water/gatorade station at mile ~2.20, 4.36, 6.56, 8.75, 10.90

There is a water/gatorade and Gu gel station participants will pass during each loop
