The Fiber Arts SIG will be hosting a twice-monthly gathering ‘round the bowling table in the Creative Arts area beginning at 7. We are scheduling through the end of 2021, and will re-evaluate our schedule at that time.We welcome both DMS Members and non-members to this event. You don’t even have to work on an actual fiber project. (But do try to choose an activity that doesn’t involve more than one seat at the table.) If you are a non-member, please be prepared to pack up and leave at 9 p.m. If a DMS member stays longer, you are welcome to stay with them, but we are not permitted to allow "free-range visitors." Open to both DMS members and non-members. (Bring a friend!) However, non-members must be prepared to pack up and leave at 9 pm if there are no members present who are willing to stick around with you. (We are not permitted to allow "free range" non-members) While working on fiber projects are obviously encouraged, just coming to hang out is perfectly acceptable. Bringing show and tell is good as well. My personal experience is that attendees are more than happy to offer advice or assistance if they can. So if you need help, ask! ***Attendees are expected to observe the DMS mask-wearing requirements in place at the time of the event.***
