LINDSAY PEREZ - PANELIST
Lindsay has a background in financial services and spent several years
as a financial analyst on Wall Street. In her previous role, at Bank
of America Merrill Lynch, she focused on wealth management and
corporate benefits. While her time there was extremely educational,
Lindsay felt somewhat unfulfilled in her role. She joined the Gym in
2018 in order to help empower those mystified by economic jargon and
to help them feel confident about their financial choices.
Lindsay is a Level 3 Certified Financial Trainer located in Dallas, TX
who works with a wide-range of clients, including those who are new to
their financial fitness journey and those looking to take their
finances to the next level. In addition to training, she is also a
salary negotiation coach who wants to help others advocate for
themselves. Lindsay graduated cum laude from the University of Miami,
in her native Miami, FL.

DR. LYNDSEY HARPER - PANELIST
Dr. Harper is the Founder and CEO of Rosy. She created Rosy to give
her patients and women across the world a fun, modern, evidence-based
place to find help for low libido. Dr. Harper is an Associate
Professor (Affiliated) of Ob/Gyn for Texas A&M College of Medicine, a
Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,
and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women's
Sexual Health.

BRITTANI RETTIG - PANELIST
GRIT Fitness was founded by Brittani (Brit) Rettig in January of 2015.
This full-body boutique fitness concept is based on her belief that
mental grit or "passion and perseverance for long-term goals" is the
key to both fitness success and to living our best lives. Brit
advocates that learning to endure though physical challenges teaches
us to persevere through greater life challenges. "We can't always
control life's circumstances but we can control how we respond."
At GRIT, Brit has designed and curated a set of original, music-driven
group fitness classes that provide an intense workout and a fun
experience. She's also hand-selected an inspiring team of instructors
who each demonstrate the core values of passion, fun, positive energy
and perseverance.
Prior to founding GRIT Fitness, Brittani Rettig worked at Deloitte
Consulting, LLC. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell
University where she was captain of women's varsity basketball team.
She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and numerous
fitness certifications. Brit continues to author her leading
fitness/lifestyle blog, Grit by Brit, which receives national
recognition from SELF Magazine, POPSUGAR and Greatist.

ANNA ZAPATA, LPC - PANELIST
Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a certified EMDR
practitioner, and the owner of the group practice Dallas Healing House
in Uptown, Dallas. Anna completed her Masters of Science in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas, and her
background is in working with adults with PTSD and anxiety.
Anna specializes in anxiety, depression, relationship issues and post
traumatic stress. Anna’s background is in working with the toughest
of life's challenges such as sexual assaults, abuse/ neglect, loss of
loved ones, divorces/ break ups, and other traumatic events. Anna is
passionate about helping people gain more freedom from their pasts and
feel empowered in their lives. Anna is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and
she is certified in EMDR, an evidenced based treatment for trauma
processing.

JENNIFER SMITH - PANEL MODERATOR
Jennifer was born and grew up in Houston Texas. After attending local
public schools, she graduated from the University of Texas, Austin.
Jennifer went to work at Walt Disney World where she learned the
fundamentals of Product Development that prepared her to work at the
Fossil World Headquarters in Richardson, Texas where she is currently
employed.
She is the Group Manager over several multimillion-dollar categories
and feels fortunate that every day she has the opportunity to do what
she loves. When she is not working, she enjoys going to the
movies,making fresh floral arrangements, or styling clients part time.
If asked, she would say that the key to success is to start in a
career you are passionate about, learn as much as you can with each
opportunity given and that consistent hard work always pays off.

When you arrive at The Riveter (3333 Welborn Street) continue to the
next stop sign at the corner of Welborn and Hall street. Take a right
at Hall street then another right into an alley entrance. This
alleyway leads to our surface lot. Parking is free and available to
all attendees.
