USATF Certification # TX19071LAB The  Bayway Auto Group South Belt 5K benefits the Barry E Harris Memorial Scholarship Fund. The event includes the 5K run/walk/stroller roll (7 am) and a 1K kid's fun run (8 am).  The race starts on the campus of J. Frank Dobie High School, continues into neighboring El Franco Lee Park, and finishes back on Dobie's campus. The course is USATF certified and chip-timed.
