CULTURAL ARTS WILL INCLUDE PERFORMANCES BY THE EBONY OPERA GUILD, the
PRAIRIE VIEW A&M UNIVERSITY CHORALE and the DALLAS BLACK DANCE
THEATRE.Guests will also enjoy an art exhibit by the GITE GALLERY in
