13TH! This year our festival will welcome over 10,000 REGGAE LOVERS
FROM AROUND THE UNITED STATES. This festival showcases several
international bands on two different stages, giving festival goers an
exciting musical experience. VENDORS ARE VITAL TO OUR FESTIVAL
EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU THIS YEAR!!Being a
vendor is easy as ever. Our simple process will allow you to pick your
vendor type and pay within seconds. We also offer extra amenities to
heighten your vendor experience! As a vendor your business is
important to us and we want to make sure your experience is valuable
from beginning to end! Below are the details, we look forward to
working with you at the Houston Reggae Fest!

VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
We have several opportunities for all businesses small or large! Not
only do you have the opportunity to do business with thousands of
people, but you also can enhance your vendor experience! Featured
vendors are spotlighted with marketing support before and during the
festival. Pick which featured experience you want and do more for your
business!
WHY VEND
Vending is an easy way to attract customers and gain business in the
local market. Outside of profits vendors have face to face interaction
with thousands of customers.
VENDOR UPGRADES
Vendor upgrades help you get the most of your vendor experience. You
can select your upgrades with your vendor booth.
VENDOR CATEGORIES
ARTS/CRAFTS - Any business or individual selling personal made items,
including paintings, sculptures, jewelry, and hand paintings.
BEVERAGE - Any business or individual selling beverage related items
that are not water, liquor, wine or beer.
COPORATE - Any business or individual representing a corporation or
large business.
DESSERT - Any business or individual selling sweet food items
including sweets, cupcakes, treats, cakes, fruit, ice-cream, and
popsicles.
FOOD - Any business or individual selling food items. Items can be
packaged or unpackaged. All food vendors are required to obtain a
temporary health permit from the City of Houston.
FOOD TRUCK - Any business or individual selling food items on a mobile
unit. Trailers are considered Food Trucks. All food truck vendors are
required to have a medallion or temporary health permit from the City
of Houston.
NON-FOOD - Any business or individual selling no food items, but not
selling art. As an example, vendors who sale t-shirts, fragrances,
products, services, or any novelty items.
THINGS TO KNOW
- No vendor is official till payment has been made
- No vendor may sale water at all
- Beverage vendors must send prices and beverage menu
to festival organizers
- No vendor can leave the festival before 10pm
- If you are not a featured vendor, then your vendor
space will be assigned by the festival producers
