Description

The sessions feature a short talk on practical spiritual teachings of understanding yourself, mindfulness, your heart, positivity, hope, compassion, and various other topics. Followed by a silent Sufi Meditation handed down to Sufi Grandmaster Waqar Faiz from over 1500 years

Who should attend?

If you are interested in meditation, stress reduction, self-growth, overcoming a challenging time, overcoming depression, fear, anxiety, growing your love and compassion, finding peace and happiness, or using wisdom to deal with everyday problems and difficulties, this is for you. Beginners or experienced individuals, both are encouraged!
